Rebeca Daniels, LCPC

Bilingual Psychotherapist

I help individuals who want to feel confident in their choices and control their lives. Most of my clients want to seek recovery from trauma, feel confident in social settings and have fulfilling relationships with their loved ones.

I began my career working with women escaping abusive relationships and, most recently, working with adolescent students from Chicago Public Schools. Both settings centered around crisis intervention, processing trauma, and identity exploration. From working with these populations, I learned about the resilience that exists within people and how it can get blocked by challenging life circumstances or unhealthy past relationships.

As I’ve developed over time as a therapist, I’ve found myself more committed to helping others realize their inner strength and feel empowered to take control of their emotions, relationships, and life choices. It would be a privilege to hear your story. We can begin by discussing what you hope to gain from therapy and by creating a plan that gets you closer to achieving your goals.
