The costs for a therapy session will vary by service and provider. Our team will assist you with verifying your benefits, coverage and cost based by your provider. We also offer a limited amount of sliding-scale services based on eligibility and income. Payment is due on the date of service and can be made via credit card.

You will get the opportunity to ask the therapist questions about the process and get a feel of what the therapy session will look like and it will help you gauge your fit with the therapist.
The therapist will ask about what brought you in, whether you've been to therapy before, and what you hope to get out of the process.
The best that can happen? You do feel a strong fit. You begin to feel relieved, and you begin to look forward to your first appointment and new therapy relationship.
The worst that can happen? The therapist is not a good fit for you, and that’s OK! We can help you schedule another free consultation with another of our therapists or provide you with referrals that might be better suited for your needs. We are here to help either way.

If you're considering medication as part of your treatment, we highly recommend consulting with a psychiatrist who has the expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and prescribing. Our team is always open to working alongside your prescribing provider, and upon request, we can provide a release of information to ensure coordinated care.
